Butler U Mascot, Butler Blue II, Social Media Top Dog

Final Four-bound Butler's mascot, Butler Blue II, not only has his own Twitter handle (@ButlerBlue2), but he just unleashed the 2011 Butler Blue II Final Four mask. Both are spectacular.

Phillie Phanatic Phlies His Phreak Phlag

From our friends at Sportress of Blogitude (via The 700 Level):
I’m not entirely sure exactly what was going on between the Phillie Phanatic and Slider, the Indians mascot, during last night’s game between the Phillies and the Indians – unfortunately, the course “Expressions of Sexual Dominance in Major League Baseball Mascots” was not offered at the institute of higher learning I attended – but I can say for certain that it probably was not appropriate for the youngsters in attendance. Or the adults for that matter.

Midgets vs. Mascots

I love this time of year but I hate that February is just around the corner. Why? Worst time for sports. After the Super Bowl fans count the days until pitchers and catchers. No sport has ever survived the long winter days either. Arena league. Slamball. Shooting passing car windows with pellet guns. All duds.

Now, you give me something interesting like Midgets vs. Mascots and I'm not moving off the couch until spring.

Fine, it's just a movie but why can't it be a weekly competition. Each week a different competition until a final champion is crowned. Almost like an American Gladiators type shot. You're thinking about the possibilities aren't you sicko.

If you want to learn more about the Midgets vs. Mascots movie, check the official website.

If you want to start brainstorming midget games, shoot us an email.

Ohhh.....midget figure skating. I like.
